Call Charter at 1-888-438-2427 and put the cable/internet bill in your name and then you will be able to pay the bill. Charter is the only cable/internet company approved by Kensington Management, if you want to use a different cable company you need to get approval from the KM office.
The City of Worcester only accepts yellow trash bags, which can be purchased at any super market. The trash then has to be put out on the curb on the designated day depending on your area in the City of Worcester. To find out which day the City of Worcester takes trash in your area call 508-929-1300.
The snow is cleaned during and after every snow storm by the KM facilities staff. The walkways are shoveled and salted and the drive ways are plowed and sanded. KM provides an additional bucket of salt at every front and back door, so you can put extra salt if you feel it is necessary.
There are a few ways to let us know if you have a maintenance issue. The first way is to call our main office. The second way is to stop in and the message will be relayed to our facilities staff. The last way to report an issue is by clicking on our Report a Problem tab under Residents and state your problem in the box provided.
Kensington Management has a no party policy. The City of Worcester has a noise ordinance from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. as well. Any residue or proof that a party occurred is subject to a 30 day notice to quit
